Abstract
The primary objective of this research is to investigate the strategies and techniques utilized by MrBeast in his video content, offering valuable insights for smaller creators who may consider adopting similar methods to improve their content and increase audience engagement. This study employs a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches in a content analysis of a selection of videos from MrBeast's YouTube channel. The videos were chosen based on a specific timeframe (Jan 2018-Jan, 2023). Data extraction involved gathering information on various video aspects, including duration, theme, thumbnail color, and other relevant production parameters. Analytical techniques employed in this research consisted of identifying patterns, trends, and correlations that offer insights into MrBeast's content and its appeal to viewers. Key findings emphasize the significance of video length, thumbnail optimization, and content variety in MrBeast's success on YouTube. The implications of these findings suggest that content creators can improve their videos' appeal and engagement by adopting similar strategies, while viewers and other stakeholders can gain a deeper understanding of the factors that contribute to a creator's success on the platform.
