Project Abstract
Description
I was hanging signs on campus and came across the remnants of an event that had happened in reaction to the Breonna Taylor indictment announcements. I was moved by seeing everything and regretful I hadn't known it had happened. This particular shot is meaningful to me because I often hire photographers to take beautiful photos of campus. Seeing a giant BLM on the brick, it seemed like a very 'normal' photo that was completely transformed to take on a whole new, giant meaning. It made me reflect on the different experiences everyone on campus has.
